Dr. David’s laboratory studies microbiota-gut-brain interactions and aim to unravel how the gut microbiota can impact our behavior, specifically in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Anxiety Disorders. Her laboratory has been developing new biocomputing methods, build and apply deep learning methods to microbiome datasets to improve data annotation and analysis.
